A barber and a rapper have the same problem: the people who would pay them can't find them, can't book them, or forget them. The engine is the same. What we build first is different.

The pain
People search, call and walk past, and too many of them end up somewhere else.
What we do
Put you on the map when people nearby search for what you do.
Build a site that takes the booking, the order or the call in one tap.
Text back every missed call, so the customer still books with you.
The result
More booked chairs, tables and appointments, from people who were already looking.

The growth engine
Six parts. One engine. You watch it run.
Most people don't lose customers to competitors. They lose them in the gaps between these six parts. We build all six, connect them, and show you every month what they did.
These are dramatizations, not client results. The people are illustrated and fictional. The problems are the ones our audits keep finding. Tap Before and After.

Barber · local business
The barber who kept missing calls.
Before
Hands full with a client, the phone rings out. The caller doesn't leave a voicemail. They book the next shop on the list.
Fix
Missed-call text-back with a booking link, and a Google profile that shows real open times.
After
Every missed call gets a text in minutes, the customer books from the reply, and the chairs stay full.

Restaurant · local business
The restaurant nobody could find.
Before
Great food, empty tables. People nearby search for dinner and the restaurant isn't in the first results on the map.
Fix
A complete Google profile with photos, hours and menu, a fast site with reserve and order buttons, and a review request after every visit.
After
Found on the map when people nearby search, with reserve and order one tap away.
DramatizationBefore
Real estate agent · personal brand
The open house where only the cat showed up.
Before
Cookies out, signs up, doors open. The listing was only on the big portals, so nobody local knew about Saturday.
Fix
A listing page that books showings, ads to local buyers on the agent's own account, and a text to every visitor the same day.
After
Showings booked before the doors open, and every visitor followed up the same day.
DramatizationBefore
Artist · personal brand
From bedroom studio to the big stage.
Before
Hard music, no plan. Songs drop into a feed, a few people notice, and there is nowhere for them to go next.
Fix
An artist site he owns, a release campaign with content and ads, and a fan list with a dashboard that shows every fan, stream and sale.
After
Fans on a list instead of lost in a feed, releases that build on each other, and one screen that shows it all.
Illustrations and stories are dramatized to show the kind of problem and fix. They are not testimonials, and no results are implied. Real client stories appear here only when real clients give them.

From our own field notes. Before knocking on a single door we checked 20 businesses on one busy local street (public information, 2026-10-05): 15 of 16 measured sites took longer than 2.5 seconds to show their main content on a phone, 7 of 20 had no call, book or order button on the first phone screen, and 16 of 20 offered no email or text sign-up.
Setup builds the system. Monthly keeps it running and reports on it. Ad money and outside tools are always separate lines, so you can see exactly where each dollar goes.
Founding offer, three clients in 2026. Launch scope at a founding price for any door, in exchange for a testimonial and permission to show the before and after. Ask for the number in the meeting.

Promises
Four promises, in writing.
You own every account
Domain, Google profile, ad accounts, social pages and your dashboard data stay in your name. We work through access you can remove any time.
No lock-in
Monthly plans run month to month with thirty days' notice. If you leave, everything we built stays with you.
No fake guarantees
Nobody can promise page one, a viral post or a revenue number. We promise the work, the dates and the report.
Real reporting
One page a month: what happened, why it happened and what we do next, with numbers from your own accounts.
One person, start to finish. I'm Thiep Weang. I started Auren Forge Studio in 2026. The person who audits your business is the person who builds the engine and reports on it. We start with local clients and are built to work with businesses and creators anywhere.
